This 100% silk scarf is made by Artist Hedwig Barry, in collaboration with Maya Barry. The work, 'Guide for Teaching' (2019) is a reflection on what it takes and means to teach art classes to teenagers. In this space of teaching and learning, the teenager’s process of becoming an adult mirrors a similar becoming through creating in the studio or art classroom.
